About me
here is an attempt to share some facts about me.
Once Upon a time, I was a SFC in the US Army my job was Senior Petroleum
Supply Specialist. I spent 21 years in the army which was very rewarding.
Here are some of the places I was station at.
I grew up in Pensacola fla. I am Retired Military US Army married and I have
1 daughter.
Ft Stewart Ga – Which was a great place for a young soldier I spent 2 years
there. Learn a lot about the army and I met some great friends. The Barracks
was great I had 2 guys in my room of course it was hard waking up in the
morning. I was promoted to Private first class.
Germany 8th Supply & Service Company – A great place to be stationed as a
well but I miss being home. I met a lot of Great Non Commissioned Officers
and a lot of friends and of course I enjoyed me jog as a Petroleum Supply
Specialist. The duty was very hard my senior sgt believed that a private
should work from sun up to sun down. (Smile) I was promoted to Specialist. I
also won the soldier of the month, soldier of the quarter and soldier of the
year.
worked as a Protroleum Supply Specialist and I worked with a lot of
civilians. I went to the Sgt Board and Passed and I was promoted to Sgt. and
I also had a girlfriend at fort Jackson.
Alaska – Was the most beautiful Place that I was assigned the weather was
cold and a lot of snow but it was so beautiful. I worked on Petroleum test
equipment for the US Army. I had a great time this was my first time being
Sgt with people working for me.
Korea – 271 Aviation Was another great place I worked with an aviation unit
of great Officers. I was very proud being in the US Army in Korea because as
American citizens we take things for granted. Korea is very small and
congested and it is very hard to get around especially traveling by car. The
Ft Benning Ga 1-18 Infrantry- Was a great place I stayed almost 7 years it
was hard duty went to the field a lot and I was promoted to Staff Sergeant.

Germany – Great Tour I was station there for 3years my unit 4-67 Armor enjoy
the unit, my position was Platoon Sergeant I had over 60 soldiers in my
Ft Benning Ga – 2nd time station there my unit was 13 Combat Support
Battalion. I was promoted to SFC (Sergeant first Class) Great unit went to
Korea – 2nd time stationed there a great place I was stationed at 2nd
Infantry Division. I was in charge of issuing and accountability of fuel for
Ft Benning Ga – 3rd Time station there my last 12 months in the army, I had
my house built at ft benning and I retired in July 1999.
