Banner advertising is a simple way to generate more exposure for your offer. You may have noticed banner ad spots at the bottom of your Affiliate sites with Trafficwave.net. The first slot displays your own banner ad(s) and the next slots display other banners from other members. That means your banner is also being displayed on other member pages throughout our network. If you are not familiar with banner advertising, the idea is simple: A graphic banner (a mini-billboard) is displayed on various websites. As people see your banner, if they are interested in learning more about your particular offer, they click the banner and they are taken to whatever web site your banner is linked to. That's it. No magic. No complicated anything. If you know how to use a graphic program, you might try your hand at creating your own banner. The dimensions should be 468 pixels wide by 60 pixels tall. (468x60). If you don't have a graphics program, your member's area has links to sites where you can create free banners. Personally, I recommend AdDesign.com. Their system is the easiest to use and comes up with some pretty nice banners. I recommend making your banner so that it offers free information or articles and link it to your Autoresponder form. Of course...I link ALL of my advertising to my report.html page so I can capture names and addresses of interested prospects. I have had people finally join my program after getting my follow-up messages for months and even a full year later!
